Using hmReports Virtual Structure

hmReports lets you change table names, field names and variable names into better readable names for the user. Also, you can hide unwanted tables and fields. The hmReports Virtual Structure is set for the entire area with all its reports.

Using 4D mechanism to change table and field titles

To customize the table structure of hmReports, you only have to use the 4D commands to set the virtual structure of 4D.

These commands are SET TABLE TITLES and SET FIELD TITLES.

The tables structure applies to all current open hmReports area. The virtual structure can be modified on the fly while hmReports areas are open.
